Thomas Jones, Kinlin Grover Real Estate
Welcome to Tom's profile page! Over 90% of the searches for real estate start on the internet. While the internet is a great place to keep abreast of the ever-changing real estate market on Cape Cod, this is only a snapshot of what needs to be done. Putting a photograph into the context of the surrounding neighborhood and its location to amenities that are important to you and your family are only part of the services Tom provides. How is the house positioned on the property? How much privacy do you have? What are your views? How does this particular home compare to others that are also on the market at a similar price? What are the real estate trends for the various communities in which you are interested? Tom often supplements listings with additional photography along with a very in-depth analytical approach that helps provide you with the information necessary to make the correct decision.
